The New York State Residence Review Questionnaire has been updated; the new form is now available on HescWeb in the Transaction Center under Forms for Financial Aid Professionals.

This updated form, HE8637 dated 11/2007, contains all required information used for NYS residency determinations. The new more comprehensive questionnaire replaces older versions which should be destroyed.

Obsolete versions of the questionnaire received by HESC after June 13, 2008 will be returned to students along with the new form and instructions to complete it and return it to HESC.

HESC encourages you to advise students to complete and submit the online version of the New York State Residence Review Questionnaire available on HescWeb.
