Jennifer Dwire - Client Relations Manager

Jennifer Dwire first gained exposure to the financial aid field as a work-study student in the Financial Aid Office of St. John Fisher College. After graduation, she continued working on behalf of students and families, first as a Financial Aid Counselor at Monroe Community College and then as Assistant Director of Financial Aid at the University of Rochester. Prior to joining HESC in January 2007, she worked for Key Education Resources as a Client Relations Manager and New York Team Lead.

At HESC, Jenn’s alternative loan knowledge makes her an integral member of the AltLoan Connection team. She works with both lenders and schools interested in monitoring alternative loans on HESC Web. In recognition of her enthusiastic work with schools and HESC project teams, Jen has been the recipient of the HESC DARE (Divisions Actively Recognizing Employees) Award.

As an active member of NYSFAAA since 1995, Jenn has enjoyed volunteering on numerous committees and conference planning teams. Her efforts were acknowledged when she received the Region IV Service Award in 2002 and a NYSFAAA Citation of Appreciation in 2004.

As a dedicated member of the Client Relations Team at HESC, Jenn looks forward to serving the needs of the schools, students, and families of New York State.
