Ed GilbertWith HESC since 1993, Ed Gilbert joined the Customer Relations Division at the beginning of 2004. He is part of an agency initiative to provide Consulting Services and Technical Assistance training to institutions on subjects ranging from default management to evaluating a school's financial aid processes, program requirements, and overall efficiency.

Ed previously worked as a Policy Analyst for the Bureau of Program Policy and Institutional Review, and as a Student Loan Control Representative in HESC's Bureau of Collection Control. Ed's expertise in these and other areas continues to be a great resource for college administrators.
