Steve Sweet has been a part of the HESC team for more than 17 years. He has worked in several different areas of HESC, beginning with the Default Finance Vendor Reconciliation Unit, followed by the Student Loan Services Department. In addition, Steve has supervised multiple groups in the Loans Processing area.
Steve has been working in Customer Relations as a Client Relations Manager since 2001, providing support and training to New York’s downstate regions. He has applied his experience to helping schools automate their processing and increase their output. Steve is proud to be an original member of the School Relations and Marketing Initiatives team.
