HESC RFI Generator Tool
The HESC RFI Generator is a tool that schools may use to collect information from potential preferred lenders, enabling them to identify and select those lenders willing to offer loan products that meet each institution’s selected standards.
Using the RFI Generator simplifies the process of assembling a preferred lender list, benefitting schools by helping them:
- Comply with New York State law and federal regulatory requirements in creating and administering their preferred lender lists
- Review their preferred lender lists annually
- Compile evaluation and selection criteria for presentation to the general public in a clearly written, easily understood form
