New Student Status Listing (Comprehensive Records) HE8592 Record Layout Available

The record layout for the new Student Status Listing (Comprehensive Records) is now available for review at HESC.org under Transaction Processing, Forms and Bulletins, TAP School EFAN Layouts/Messages. To access this layout you must log on with your HESC user ID and password.

Student Status Listing (Comprehensive Records) provides student award and payment information to schools from both the TAP and the Consolidated Scholarship Roster (CSR) systems. It contains two data record types: the Demographic (Demo) record and the Financial Aid Program (FAP) record.

The file will be available beginning in January 2010. Student Status Listing (Full Record) HE8392 and Student Status Listing (Abbrev) HE8304 will continue to be available.
