Jack Rafferty - School Service Manager

Jack Rafferty has been with the Higher Education Services Corporation (HESC) since 1996, working in a variety of areas through the years.
Jack began his career in the Bureau of Collection Control where he provided counseling to student borrowers. In 1999, he joined the Customer Communication Center and worked on the School Services Team, which was dedicated to resolving issues for financial aid professionals. In 2004, Jack joined the Loans Processing Team as supervisor of the loans processing unit, which handles all aspects of loans processing.
Jack is happy to apply his extensive experience to his role as School Service Manager in the College and University Relations Division. He brings a wealth of TAP and loans knowledge to his role and is happy to apply it on behalf of HESC’s constituents in New York.
Jack also served in the United States Army in Europe from 1985-1989.
