Student TAP Coach - Grade Changes
Your academic transcript is the primary record of your grades and approved grade changes. Since a change of grade can have an impact on whether you are maintaining good academic standing and remain eligible for financial aid, it is important that the transcript record show the grade changes.
When a grade for a course is changed, the original grade as well as the new grade must be shown on the academic transcript so that there is a permanent and complete record, as required by the Regulations of the Commissioner of Education.
For the same reason, if you repeat a course to earn a better grade, both the first grade and the grade earned for the repeated course must be recorded on the academic transcript.
