HESC School Advisory Council Meets in Saratoga

In support of HESC's commitment to superior customer service, HESC's School Advisory Council convened on September 16 in Saratoga Springs. Members of the council gathered with HESC staff to hear processing updates, and to learn about and provide feedback on products for the upcoming year.

Members reviewed loan processing topics, TAP issues, and factors related to the launch of HESC's Student Loan Marketplace. In addition, for the first time they heard about HESC's new initiative, the administration of the College Access Challenge Grant

HESC appreciates the council members' thoughtful and comprehensive comments and is grateful to council members for taking time to share their insights.
