HESC Updates Product Tutorials

We are pleased to highlight a feature of HESC.org that has recently been updated…. multimedia presentations featuring several of HESC’s products and services. Referred to as tutorials, there are four presentations in total.

The first, a HESC Overview presentation, enables viewers to gain a greater understanding of the agency’s programs, products and services.

The three product presentations demonstrate the efficiency of using electronic Master Promissory Note processing, the flexibility of EFT Express, and the power of Default Manager, a tool for tracking borrowers and lowering your school's cohort default rate significantly.

View them all and you'll gain useful information that will help you to streamline your transaction processing and manage your default rate.

Each tutorial can be viewed using Windows Media Player or QuickTime and is accompanied by a fact sheet.

Coming soon is a new tutorial about HESC/Overture. This free, online award presentation and planning self-service tool makes communicating with your students a seamless part of your financial aid packaging process.
