NYS Volunteer Recruitment Service Scholarship

NYS Volunteer Recruitment Service Scholarships are awarded to volunteer firefighters and ambulance personnel in New York State. Statutory authority for the Volunteer Recruitment Service Scholarship sunset on June 30, 2010. As a result, no new awards or awards for returning scholarship holders will be paid for the 2010-11 and 2011-12 state fiscal year.
